At Discover North Adventure, we value the trust you place in us and understand that travel plans may change. Organizing treks, expeditions, and tours requires advance planning, permits, logistics, and resource allocation. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness while covering these operational commitments.

1. Cancellation by Participant

• 30 days or more before departure: 90% of the trip cost will be refunded.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% of the trip cost will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before departure / No-show: No refund will be provided.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

2. Cancellation by Discover North Adventure

In the unlikely event that we cancel a trip due to operational reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of the trip cost.

If cancellation occurs due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, weather conditions, etc.), we will offer either a partial refund (after deducting non-refundable expenses already incurred) or the option to reschedule/join another batch.

3. Important Notes

• All cancellations must be made through official written communication (email/WhatsApp message to our registered number).
• Booking amounts, permits, and certain non-refundable expenses (transport, accommodation, etc.) may be deducted before processing refunds.
• Refunds are made to the same account/mode of payment used at the time of booking.
